LushFlow Return & Refund Policy
At LushFlow, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it for a refund within the first 14 days of your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (including all accessories, manuals, and inserts).
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. LushFlow does not provide prepaid return labels.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing parts.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at maxoraevolve@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
- Receive Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the Item: Package the product securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Important: LushFlow Massager is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Shipping fees (including original and return shipping costs) are non-refundable.
- If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
No Order Cancellations or Exchanges
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
